Mrs Holder is our class teacher on a Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. She is also Deputy Head and SENCo.

On a Wednesday Mrs Williams is the Class Teacher and she takes us to Forest School.

Mrs Lane and Miss Green are our wonderful Class TAs.

In Monkey Puzzle class we like to learn through a play-based curriculum, following the Early Years Foundation Stage. We have lots of ‘Owl Time’ (Own Learning Time), as well as adult led activities. We have an indoor and outdoor classroom filled with lots of inviting areas to explore.

* We go to Forest School every Wednesday morning, weather permitting.

* We do PE on a Thursday afternoon with a PE specialist.

* Values Education - We think about values alongside our PSHE lessons and our assemblies, embedding them into our everyday lives. This term our values are;

September-Enthusiasm

October- Confidence

November-Peacefulness

December-Joyfulness

We cover all areas of learning through exciting topics, but also follow a child-led approach. To see what we are learning across the curriculum this term, see the plans below.
